Welcome to Jupiter, Juno Beach,Tequesta, and Palm Beach Gardens, where living in paradise is a part of everyday life. Known for their beautiful beaches and laid back atmosphere, there is a bit of something for everyone who visits or decides to make this area in Southern Florida their home. With over ten years of experience selling Real Estate in Southern Florida, Dylan Snyder is the authority on all things Jupiter, Juno Beach and Tequesta. This site is filled with information to help you get aquainted with the area and resources to help you in your search for that perfect home. This is an area rich in history that dates back over 2000 years. Originally indian land, there is some evidence that Jupiter may have been the oldest English settlement in Florida. Tequesta, named for the Tequesta tribe of Native Americans, has plenty to offer the families, retirees and working professionals that reside in the beauty of it's tree lined streets. Juno Beach's quiet appeal attracts snowbirds to it's gentle shores every year. From December to May the town sees it's population rate triple. Palm Beach Gardens is a 40 year strong community with an exceptional 80 year old banyan tree marking it's entrance. The setting of these communities makes it a natural wonderland of outdoor activities from canoeing and camping, to swimming and fishing and of course it wouldn't be florida without golfing! With some of the best weather in the region, our residents are lucky enough to be able to enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities year round. Provided on this site is a wealth of knowledge including helpful links and maps of the area. I have added some of my personal favorite restaurants in the area and exceptional places to stay for those visiting. We have more than just beautiful beaches and outdoor activities in Jupiter, Juno, Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens, the local economy is booming. With the addition of the new Scripps Research Institute coming to North Palm Beach, it's estimated that over 12,000 new jobs will be created in the area. With the arrival of the Max Planck Society, a Bio-imaging company who has it's sites set on opening an outpost in the area, business continues to grow.
When you work with me, my many years of knowledge and Real Estate resources are at your disposal. I truly love my job and will do what it takes to find the perfect match that will turn a prospective house into your home!

Investment Real Estate >Rental Property
When you own an investment property, one of your goals will be to get the highest monthly rental with the lowest vacancy rate. How can you accomplish this?
It pays to keep your property in good condition while you are trying to rent it, as well as after the new tenants move in. You obviously want the property to look its best when it is being shown. If you work to keep it that way, your tenants are more likely to feel motivated to stay in the home.
When something needs to be repaired, be sure the tenants know whom to call to get the job done. Arrange for periodic inspections of the property to check for leaking roofs or pipes, defective wiring or malfunctioning appliances. If you are an absentee landlord, it makes sense to hire property management professionals to keep a close eye on your investment for you.
