This is an area rich in history that dates back over 2000 years. Originally indian land, there is some evidence that Jupiter may have been the oldest English settlement in Florida. Tequesta, named for the Tequesta tribe of Native Americans, has plenty to offer the families, retirees and working professionals that reside in the beauty of it's tree lined streets. Juno Beach's quiet appeal attracts snowbirds to it's gentle shores every year. From December to May the town sees it's population rate triple. Palm Beach Gardens is a 40 year strong community with an exceptional 80 year old banyan tree marking it's entrance.
The setting of these communities makes it a natural wonderland of outdoor activities from canoeing and camping, to swimming and fishing and of course it wouldn't be florida without golfing! With some of the best weather in the region, our residents are lucky enough to be able to enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities year round. Provided on this site is a wealth of knowledge including helpful links and maps of the area. I have added some of my personal favorite restaurants in the area and exceptional places to stay for those visiting.
We have more than just beautiful beaches and outdoor activities in Jupiter, Juno, Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens, the local economy is booming. With the addition of the new Scripps Research Institute coming to North Palm Beach, it's estimated that over 12,000 new jobs will be created in the area. With the arrival of the Max Planck Society, a Bio-imaging company who has it's sites set on opening an outpost in the area, business continues to grow.
