Dylan Snyder started out in the real estate business when he was fifteen years old. During his high school years he worked part time at his mother’s fast growing real estate office, helping her in any way he could. He would even attend showings to help turn on the lights and open the blinds, so his mom could focus on what she did best, selling homes. Dylan was fortunate to find his passion at such an early age. After college Dylan obtained his real estate license and began working immediately. It was of no surprise that Dylan took off with a roaring start to his career. He was rookie of the year his 1st year in the business, and consistently a top producer every since. His passion for the business is evident in his success.
Dylan holds the Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI designation is obtained by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. The subject matter has been chosen to educate practitioners about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them and their clients. GRI courses are taught by leading real estate professionals from around the country.
Dylan also holds the e-Pro designation and it shows in his knowledge and passion for technology. He is constantly studying the latest tools available in today’s competitive real estate market in order to provide their clients with the best possible service.

Carey Murray has been a full time Realtor since 1986 and obtained her Broker’s license in 1990. Carey has consistently been a top producing agent over the years. She was one-third owner of her prior real estate firm, as well as Broker, and manager of operations. She accomplished all of this while raising four wonderful children on her own.
Carey has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation which is only held by the top 4% of Realtors in the country.
