Dining Palm Beach County has more to offer than just beautiful beaches and quaint towns. When it comes to dining there are plenty of options from the freshest seafood and steaks to casual beach side snacks.
The Sailfish Marina Restaurant is a must see for tourists and a must love for locals. Come by car, foot or boat, to sample some of the freshest seafood in Palm Beach and enjoy a gorgeous sunset view.
Located right on the on the water, the fresh grill stylings of Season 52 complement their extensive wine list of over 120 wines.
Too Bizarre Cafe and Wine bar in Jupiter is one of my personal favorite restaurants. Showcasing a fantastic selection of delicious sushi and other japanese favorites, it's a great place to have a glass of wine and dinner with friends.
Take a break from sand and surf and come to the place Southern Living Magazine calls "the best little food shack in Florida". Little Moir's Food Shack features local seafood with Carribean and Asian flavours.
The River House restaurant is reminiscent of an old time Florida club with three floors of deluxe interiors and one of the best waterfront views in the area.
The PGA Commons is three district centers that encompass a mile of shops, restaurants, and galleries. This central core offers everything from ice cream and fast food to bistros and restaurants.
For a wide variety of dining and shopping created in the image of an Italian piazza, Cityplace is the place to be. The various shops and restaurants have monthly nights and special events.
The Yard House in Palm Beach Gardens has it's fair share of places to catch a bite while shopping or going to catch a movie.
A few of my other favorite places to check out around town for a great bite to eat or a drink with friends are Castaways in Jupiter, the Hurricane Grill, and the Tabica, a great place where locals like to gather.

Sleeping (and so much more!)
With beautiful beaches galore, it's no wonder Palm Beach County is the destination of choice for many florida travellers. There are numerous hotels and resorts to choose from where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday or spa vacation.
The Jupiter Beach Resort Spa is located on 1000 feet of unspoiled private beach. Located centrally to all ammenities and attractions in Jupiter with a world class spa and golf course.
Enjoy Old Florida traditions at the Jupiter Waterfront Inn , conveniently located on the intracoastal waterway and just minutes away from Jupiter Island's nature conservancy. Fantastical landscape and nature await at this Palm Beach County favorite.
The Pa-Ja Motel & Suites can be just the place for an extended stay in Tequesta. The Pa-Ja comes complete with a boat dock so you are only minutes away from cruising through the blue waters of the Atlantic or seconds away from relaxing in a lounger by the pool.
The Doubletree Resort in Palm Beach Gardens is a stunning hotel set among beautifully landscaped grounds. While away the hours in one of the luxurious private cabanas by the pool and enjoy the chef's famous key lime pie.
The Ritz Carleton Club Jupiter Resort offers luxury at it's finest. Sharing borders with the Jack Nicklaus Siganture Golf Course, a golf course renowned for it's environmentally friendly habitat and housed on some of the most lush grounds in the area, this resort truly does justice to the saying "luxury resort".

Home Inspections >Final Inspection
Before buyers close on their new home purchase, they typically make a "walk-through" inspection to ensure that the property is in the same condition as it was when the purchase agreement was drawn up.
Some sellers convey the appliances and major systems "as is," offering no promise that they will be in working order. Other agreements require all of the major mechanical systems, such as heating, plumbing, and air conditioning, to be operational. It depends on the terms that are negotiated between the buyer and seller.
During this inspection, the buyer should check the appliances by turning each one on and letting it run through a full cycle. This gives the buyer a chance to make sure that any repairs that were to be made by the seller prior to the closing have been made. These details are much easier to work out before or during the closing than after the new owners take possession of the home.
